Parclo currently consists of five members: Zoe Koong (Bass and Vocals), Izzy French (Keyboards and Vocals), Ethan Bellhouse (Guitars), Michael Bourguignon (Guitar), and Jane Stark (Drums), who all met while studying Composition (or Classical Percussion Performance) at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Forming in 2024 and inspired by their love of modern post-punk and post-rock bands such as Black Country, New Road and Black Midi, as well as folk and singer-songwriter music from artists such as Jeff Buckley, Elliott Smith, and Big Thief, Parclo looks to fill a niche not commonly found in the Perth and wider Australian music scene.
